Benjamin R. Dukes has a decade of diversified experience in a range of engineering and sustainability initiatives spanning the retail, consumer products, financial services, and utilities sectors. He has experience in supporting the International Business Leaders Forum and UN Global Compact to develop the CEO Water Mandate Water Action Hub, a publicly available water-focused capacity building platform, advising clients in sustainability performance management and strategy, analyzing environmental metrics, developing client sustainability goals, cataloging related initiatives, and charting a multi-year sustainability implementation roadmap. He is a co-author of CDP's 2011 and 2013 Global and US Water Disclosure Reports and has advised numerous clients on GRI, CDP, and other public disclosures.
 
In addition, he has worked in the developing world reviewing water requirements and developing strategy and technical requirements for on-site water supply and wastewater treatment. He also developed a working prototype of a product that integrates water treatment technology into a washing machine to reduce water usage. In addition, he has supported sustainability-focused technology implementations, developing a variety of dashboards and technology-based sales tools, and building dynamic analytical models.
 
Mr. Dukes has a B.S. in general engineering with a specialization in environmental quality from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a registered engineer in training.
