Martin & Bonnett PLLCSusan Martin is a graduate of the New York University School of Law and licensed to practice in New York and Arizona, Susan has litigated class action matters throughout her career and has been lead counsel in numerous successful class actions benefitting many thousands of employees and retirees. Prior to moving to Phoenix, Ms. Martin was a partner in an employee/union-side labor law firm in Manhattan where she represented both professional and blue-collar employees and was counsel to several multi-employer pension and welfare funds. In addition to serving as counsel for employees and retirees in litigation, she is an active labor lawyer, representing unions in the public and private sectors. She is General Counsel for the International Conference of Symphony and Opera Musicians of the American Federation of Musicians, and she is chief negotiator for the musicians of numerous symphony orchestras around the country. Susan has lectured extensively on ERISA and labor and employment law. She is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law and is the Union/Employee Co-Chair of the Section's Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee. She is also a member of the Arizona Employment Lawyers Association and the Federal Bar Association.
