Erin Eiselein's practice consists of litigation and counseling with an emphasis on health care law, antitrust and trade matters, and electronic discovery. She has a wide variety of complex commercial litigation experience, representing clients in cases involving misappropriation of trade secrets, trademark infringement, insurance recovery, employment discrimination, First Amendment rights, contract law, and appellate matters. Ms. Eiselein's practice extends internationally as well; she has represented foreign corporations in commercial matters pending in the U.S. Ms. Eiselein also is experienced in the field of electronic discovery. She is the co-chair of the Electronically Stored Information Team of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP and a former member of the Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention & Production. Ms. Eiselein has counseled clients on implementing effective document retention and litigation hold policies, strategies for preserving, organizing, and producing electronic data, and minimizing the risk of sanctions for the spoliation of electronic evidence. Ms. Eiselein currently is a member of the Boards of Trustees of 9Health Fair and the Montessori School of Denver, and formerly served on the Health Advisory Committee of the Denver Foundation and the Board of Directors of Socially Conscious Coffee.
