Amy Brimah, Esq., has extensive experience in handling various types of real estate issues, deals and clients as a commercial transactional real estate attorney. She has over 20 years of experience working in a variety of sectors and industries, and across the scale of small-size companies to large corporations. Amy counsels local and national clients in all types of commercial real estate transactions, including commercial finance transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, development and entitlements, and lease transactions. Amy works with clients on the development of multi-use, multi-family, industrial and other types of projects from land acquisition through the entire development, due diligence and entitlement process. She also has years of experience in the formation of condominiums/planned communities and common interest communities and drafting the related documents, covenants and easements. She also serves as an expert in a variety of disputes related to real estate issues and provides expert reports for arbitration, mediation and civil actions related to standard of care issues and legal issues related to real estate and real property. Amy serves as the Past-Chair of the Denver Public Library Friends Foundation. Amy is also actively involved with the Colorado Bar Association as a Real Estate Section Council Member and was the Chair of the Section for the 2022-23 Council and currently serves as past-chair.
