Christopher Gunlikson is a partner in the law firm of Holland & Hart LLP in its Boulder office, with a practice focused on real estate, taxation, finance, and housing and community development matters, with significant experience in FHA-insured financing and low-income housing tax credits. Mr. Gunlikson is the co-chair of the firm's Housing and Community Development Practice Group. He is a member of the ABA Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development, a member of the ABA Business and Tax sections, and a past member of the Real Estate Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association. Mr. Gunlikson is also a Certified Public Accountant. He received his law degree from the University of Denver.
