Jason Kipnis, Esq., is a partner in the Intellectual Property Department of WilmerHale. He has extensive complex intellectual property experience and advises clients on IP portfolio management, litigation, enforcement and dispute counseling, and audits and due diligence. He has counseled clients in a variety of technologies, including computer architecture and system design, software, semiconductor design and fabrication, optics, networking and telecommunications. Jason received his JD from Stanford Law School. He earned his MS in Computer Science and his bachelor's degree at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
