Kristabel A. Garcia
Kristabel Garcia, Probate Registrar, has been with the Judicial Branch since 2005. Her career began in the 19th Judicial District where she started in the clerk’s office as a Court Judicial Assistant, before moving on to the 20th Judicial District. There, she has held several positions including Floater, Protective Proceedings Monitor, and Probate Registrar. In her current role with the 20th Judicial District, she is the Probate Registrar that handles all incoming Estates and processes incoming Protective Proceedings cases. She sits on the Probate Forms Subcommittee and has sat on planning committee for the DR/PR Institute for 2 years.
