Kevin D. Homiak, Esq., is the Co-Chair of Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell's Pro Bono Committee, and he specializes in complex civil litigation and legal malpractice defense. He obtained his undergraduate degree summa cum laude in Middle East Studies from the George Washington University, and his J.D. cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center. After law school, Kevin clerked for the Honorable James Browning in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. Kevin's pro bono practice focuses primarily on plaintiffs'-side civil rights litigation on behalf of incarcerated individuals, and he currently serves on the Pro Se Prisoner Task Force for the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
