Sarah B. Wallace

Sarah B. Wallace is a partner at Ballard Spahr in Denver, Colorado where she has focused her practice on representing businesses in litigation and appeals for more than 17 years. Her experience includes mortgage-related, trade secret, breach of contract, employment (including enforcement of non-competition and non-disclosure agreements), and insurance coverage litigation. Ms. Wallace regularly represents financial institutions, manufacturers, and software development companies in state and federal proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
Ms. Wallace is active in the Denver community through her participation in the Faculty of Federal Advocates, Metro Volunteers, the Colorado Legal Aid Foundation, and the Center for Legal Inclusiveness. She has been recognized by Colorado Super Lawyers, and was named among its “Top
50 Women” in Colorado in 2016. Ms. Wallace received a B.A. with distinction from Colby College, and a J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School.
