Seth Holley, Esq., is a Colorado native and currently based in Denver, Colorado serving as First American’s Vice President and Senior Underwriting Counsel. Seth has established himself as a specialist in commercial real estate, providing comprehensive title and escrow services to developers, lenders, and property owners. Seth has extensive experience with ground-up construction, multifamily housing, mixed-use, industrial, retail, and planned community developments and closes transactions in all 50 states. Seth has facilitated strategic and multi-faceted transactions including 1031 like-kind exchanges, defeasance, and corporate buyouts. Seth graduated from Western Michigan University and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis in finance from Utah State.
