While a member of the ADR Section of the State Bar of Arizona, Mr. Lassiter co-chaired the Legislative Affairs Subcommittee of the State Bar of Arizona’s ADR Section and was the primary scrivener and ADR Section subject matter expert who helped to pass the Revised Uniform Arbitration Act (the “RUAA”) in Arizona. An expert on Arizona arbitration law, Mr. Lassiter developed and has chaired the periodic Arizona CLE programs Private Arbitration Update and Arbitration Bootcamp since 1999.
