Brittany Barrient, Esq., is the Director and Senior Counsel, Commercial at Gates in Denver, where she drafts and negotiates contracts with Gates' global customers and supply base. Prior to Gates, she was an associate at AmLaw 100 firms in New York City, Charlotte, and Denver, with a focus on private equity and finance. She also served as in-house counsel for a private equity fund headquartered in New York. A native of Louisiana, Brittany graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Creative Writing and a Master of Arts degree in English Literature. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School with honors.
