Vera Divenyi, Esq., serves as a lead advisor and relationship manager to high-net-worth individuals, families and organizations, including closely-held and family-owned businesses. Vera works closely with clients to gain a complete understanding of their lifestyle, career, philanthropic and wealth planning goals. Once she has a holistic understanding of her clients’ objectives, she engages a Client Strategy Team to create a unique and constantly evolving financial plan and strategy to help meet these goals. Vera joined the organization in 2022 and has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining BMO, Vera spent 14 years in tax working in public accounting domestically and internationally, including a year at the UN in Switzerland. Vera earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Puget Sound, and a JD from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER practitioner, holds a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst designation and is an active member of the California State Bar. Vera stays active in her community and is on the Development Committee for The Women's Foundation of Colorado and is a member of the Professional Advisors Committee for The Denver Foundation. She also sits on the Development Committee for The Colorado Symphony Orchestra. She also serves as the Vice President of the Boulder Estate Planning Council. Vera and her husband make their home in Denver. In her spare time, Vera enjoys tennis, cycling, traveling, cooking and gardening.
