Gregory Lantier is a partner in WilmerHale's Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on intellectual property and other complex commercial litigation and counseling at the trial and appellate stages. He also advises clients regarding intellectual property licensing matters and assists clients in connection with legislative and executive actions affecting intellectual property interests. Mr. Lantier has litigated on behalf of clients from a broad range of industries in IP matters before the Supreme Court, Federal Circuit, district courts, the Court of Federal Claims, International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
