Kayla Dreyer, Esq., combines her background as a sophisticated litigator with her work on traditional employment matters and as trusted corporate counsel. Kayla has experience counseling companies on trade secrets, employee restrictive covenants, alleged discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations and retaliation. With a truly nationwide practice, Kayla regularly litigates, arbitrates and represents clients throughout the United States and has deep ties throughout her home state of Texas, as well as New Mexico where she completed a federal judicial clerkship. Kayla also provides the full suite of employment counseling and advice services for all manner of employers, and regularly negotiates employment, non-competition, non-disclosure, nonsolicitation and severance agreements relating to executives, medical and legal professionals, and other high-wage earners in transition. She also assists with due diligence support in corporate acquisition and merger transactions.
