Mallory Hasbrook, Esq., is an attorney at Welborn Sullivan Meck & Tooley, P.C., where her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and oil and gas title matters. In addition to assisting clients with preparation of their estate plans, Ms. Hasbrook has worked on numerous probate matters assisting clients with perfecting title to mineral interests, and has examined title covering lands in Colorado, Texas, Wyoming, and North Dakota. Ms. Hasbrook holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and a Juris Doctor from The University of Oklahoma, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the American Indian Law Review. She is Chair of the Executive Council of the Young Lawyers Division of the Colorado Bar Association, a member of the CBA Board of Governors, and is active in the Elder Law and Trust & Estates sections of the CBA.
