Mallory Hasbrook, Esq., is a shareholder at Welborn Sullivan Meck & Tooley, P.C., where her practice focuses on oil and gas title matters, renewable energy development, probate, and estate planning. Her work includes examining title across multiple energy-producing states in the Rocky Mountain region, advising developers and landowners on renewable energy projects, and assisting clients with succession planning and probate matters, particularly where real property and mineral interests intersect with estate and succession planning. Ms. Hasbrook earned her Bachelor of Science in Geology, magna cum laude, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the American Indian Law Review. She has served on the Executive Council of the Young Lawyers Division of the Colorado Bar Association and is active in the Elder Law and Trust & Estates Sections. She is a past president of the Denver Association of Oil and Gas Title Lawyers and has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch and Colorado Super Lawyers “Rising Stars.” She is also a current member of the Institute for Energy Law’s Eighth Leadership Class and is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Texas, Wyoming, and North Dakota.
