Fran Sepler is President of Sepler & Associates, a consulting firm based in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. For nearly thirty years, Ms. Sepler has been a pioneer in employment investigations ,conducting over 750 neutral fact findings, providing seminars in 40 states on investigative methodology, and in 2008, authoring her book “Finding the Facts, What Every Workplace Investigator Needs to Know.” In addition to investigations, Ms. Sepler provides extensive employee relations consulting to organizations ranging from Fortune 100 companies to large public universities to unions and professional associations. She is a widely respected expert in workplace bullying and managing employee complaints, and last year taught a multidisciplinary masters level class at the University of Minnesota entitled “Workplace Fairness.”
