Wendy Boldt Cohen joined the USPTO - Trademark Trial and Appeal Board in 2012 as an Interlocutory Attorney. As an Interlocutory Attorney, Ms. Cohen is responsible for handling a variety of motions filed in inter partes proceedings. Prior to joining the TTAB, Ms. Cohen was a partner at Husch Blackwell Sanders in St. Louis, MO where her practice was focused on trademark prosecution, litigation and licensing. Ms. Cohen is a graduate of the University of Missouri - Columbia with a B.A. in Psychology and received her J.D. from the University of Missouri - Columbia School of Law.
