Michael Eppers, has been a Paralegal and Compliance Specialist with College Assist since 2005. College Assist, formally known as Colorado Student Loan Program, is the designated guarantor of federally funded student loans for the State of Colorado with a nationwide portfolio. Expertise lends itself to the specific interaction between bankruptcy and student loan debt. Regularly working with borrowers and attorneys to help them better understand the process involved. He received his BS in Organizational Management and his Paralegal certificate from Denver Paralegal Institute (now known as Kaplan University). Prior to College Assist, he worked at Snell & Wilmer, Denver, CO, Products Liability and Insurance Defense.
