Kelli Bills, Esq., started her legal career in Texas, working as a law clerk for the Honorable Catharina Haynes of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals before joining the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone, LLP. She moved to Denver over four years ago and has represented clients in both Texas and Colorado courts, as well as other federal courts across the country. Her practice mainly focuses on the appellate side of litigation, helping clients navigate the procedural and substantive legal issues that may face them in seeking to preserve or overturn a judgment on appeal. She has also worked at the trial level, assisting with preservation issues and drafting dispositive pre- and post-trial motions.
