Erica N. Rogers currently serves as the Policy Director in the Denver Department of Excise and Licenses. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Master's Degree in Public Administration from West Virginia University and her J.D. from University of Colorado School of Law. Prior to joining the City and County of Denver, she worked for the National Conference of State Legislatures, the West Virginia House of Delegates, and the Colorado General Assembly. She first joined the City and County of Denver working in the City Attorney's Office drafting legislation and advising client agencies on licensing policy and enforcement. She recently completed her first semester teaching Cannabis Law and Regulation as an Affiliate Professor at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
