Warren Henson has made a career in investment banking for 30 years, working with two boutique firms and on Wall Street. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, and has been the lead banker on M&A transactions of approximately $1.5 billion in aggregate value. His clients are entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses, as well as public and private equity owned companies. He was President of Green Manning & Bunch for nearly 10 years, leading one of the most well-respected boutique investment banking firms in the western US. Warren is a recognized expert in the industry and a frequent speaker on M&A and capital raising topics. He's a Director of the Denver Botanic Gardens Endowment and Chairman of the Investment Committee. An avid collector of Burgundy wines, he's the Grand Sénéchal of the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin, Sous-Commanderie of Denver.
