Joseph Orrino, Esq., serves as counsel to a wide range of nonprofit organizations, most of which are public charities, including schools and religious organizations. He advises clients on governance, employment law, transactions, and development matters, helping them navigate compliance, strategic issues, and day-to-day operations. In addition to general counsel services, Joe represents nonprofit devisees and beneficiaries in complex or contested estate and trust administrations and related litigation. Joe is from Colorado, and has been with Hoffman Nies Dave & Meyer since 2019. Before entering private practice, Joe was in-house counsel in the for-profit sector.
