Philippe (Phil) Johnson, Esq., is an in-house counsel who provides strategic legal counsel across a broad range of issues, including advertising law, data privacy, intellectual property, technology asset deployment, and compliance issues. He has extensive experience with challenges related to social media advertising while managing common advertising issues from an in-house perspective with an understanding of the business priorities. He brings a practical understanding of data privacy regulations like the GDPR, CCPA, and others and guides clients on how to navigate the complexities of data collection, marketing compliance, and international privacy laws. In prior roles, he has focused on securities and capital markets and has substantial experience in contract law.
