Bonita Lewis Bell is Vice President - Deputy General Counsel at Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX), where she performs all manner of international business transactions, manages litigation, and acts as the liaison to the Board of Directors on strategy and corporate responsibility. Additionally, she advises and counsels team members at all levels of the organization in areas relating to innovation creation and protection (product development, intellectual property, information technology), privacy, marketing, compliance and government contracting; and develops and implements global policies in coordination with other functional groups in areas including, privacy, data security, information governance and human resources.
