G. Glennon Troublefield is a partner in the Litigation and Intellectual Property Departments of Carella, Byrne, Cecchi, Olstein, Brody & Agnello, P.C. located in Roseland, New Jersey. Mr. Troublefield has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial litigation management and strategy. He has handled legal issues for individuals and business entities related to contract disputes, creditor's rights, employer-employee claims, insurance coverage, the negotiation and enforcement of restrictive covenants, and business development.  He has counseled clients in the formation and structuring of business entities ranging from sole proprietorships to small business entities. Over the course of his 20 years with the firm, he handled complex civil and corporate litigation, intellectual property (patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and trade dress), bankruptcy and business litigation matters. Mr. Troublefield is Chair of the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association. He is a member of the National Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association of New Jersey.  Mr. Troublefield is also a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court's Committee on Character, has served on the New Jersey Supreme Court's Ethics Committee, and has served as a member of several merit selection panels of the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of New Jersey for the selection of federal judges.
