Florine L. Clark, Esq., Vice-President, Deputy General Counsel for Red Robin International, Inc., is responsible for all employment matters (advice through litigation) and all other litigation (including general liability claims) for the company. Red Robin is a publically traded casual dining chain with over 300 corporately owned locations. The company employs over 30,000 Team Members across multiple states. Prior to Red Robin, Ms. Clark served as in-house counsel managing employment and litigation in several industries including oil and gas, environmental remediation, and telecommunications. Before going in-house, she was in private practice trying cases.
