Justin Mervis is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for KIND LLC, a leading producer of healthy snacks, including the award winning KIND Bar. He oversees the company's Global legal affairs, compliance, government relations and food policy initiatives. Prior to joining KIND, Mr. Mervis served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Daymon Worldwide Inc., a global brand development, sourcing and retail services company. As Daymon's first in-house attorney, he designed and implemented the legal strategy for a business with more than 30,000 employees in forty countries. Before Daymon, Mr. Mervis was a corporate associate in the New York office of White and Case LLP. Legal 500 recognized Justin as a “rising star” on its GC Powerlist in 2014. Justin holds a juris doctorate from Fordham University School of Law and a bachelor's of arts degree in economics from the University of Michigan.
