Jeff Cody, as a partner in the Commercial Litigation Department of the Dallas office, Jeff represents a broad range of health care clients in complex commercial disputes in the courtroom and in arbitration. Jeff has substantial experience representing clients in disputes involving health care reimbursement and refund requests, the Texas Prompt Pay Act, HIPAA and privacy matters, misappropriation of trade secrets, complex stock and asset purchase and sale agreements, and limited partnership agreements. Jeff also has considerable experience managing large multi-case dockets. Jeff has appeared in numerous commercial arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. He has also appeared in federal and state courts in more than 17 jurisdictions, including Texas, Oklahoma, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts and Arizona.
