Joel R. Zink, Esq., is a deputy district attorney for the 18th Judicial District, which is currently Colorado's most populous and most diverse jurisdiction. In addition to founding and overseeing his office's hate crimes team, Joel is also a prosecutor with his office's special victims unit. In his capacity as a hate crimes prosecutor, Joel has conducted hate crimes training at local law enforcement agencies across his jurisdiction.
