Sarah Rowlands, Esq., is an Assistant Attorney General in the state’s Air Quality Unit. She advises the Air Pollution Control Division and CDPHE’s Environmental Justice Program on various matters including enforcement actions and rulemakings. Much of her work focuses on environmental justice issues and civil rights compliance in the environmental realm. Prior to joining the Air Quality Unit, Sarah litigated criminal appeals as a public defender.
