Stephanie Block-Guedez, Esq. is an associate in the Finance & Acquisitions Department at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Her practice focuses on corporate and business law, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity, securities, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Block-Guedez served as an associate at a Big Four public accounting firm, assisting public and private multinational corporations with the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions and internal reorganizations. She holds an M.S. in Accounting and an MBA from the Northeastern University D'Amore-McKim School of Business. During law school, she interned for Fidelity International, State Street Corporation, and the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. Ms. Block-Guedez is a member of the American and Colorado Bar Associations and currently serves as the treasurer of the Business Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association.
