Kim Ryan, JD, CPA, LL.M, has spent her career in public accounting, focusing on tax issues of nonprofit organizations and higher education institutions. She spent 11 years with a Big 4 firm and is currently a tax partner with RubinBrown, a large regional public accounting firm, where she is Vice-Chair of the Not-for-Profit Services Group. Kim graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Economics, then attended the University of Nebraska College of Law where she completed her Juris Doctorate, and is licensed in Nebraska. She is also a licensed CPA, and obtained an LL.M in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law. She is active in the Denver community, serving on the board of directors for Colorado Youth for Change, the finance committee of Family Tree and as a member of the continuing education advisory committee for the Colorado Society of CPAs. Kim is also a member of the Iowa State University LAS Dean's Advisory Council.
