Charles S. McIntyre IV, Esq., is the principal and founder of AQMN Law PBC, an immigrant-focused public benefit law firm. Mr. McIntyre received his undergraduate degree from University of Hawaii, Manoa and his Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
Mr. McIntyre's current practice revolves around the intersection of immigration law and cannabis cultivation, including licensing, criminal defense, and removal defense.
Mr. McIntyre's cannabis-related legal articles have appeared in Colorado Chinese News and other local Denver Chinese-language newspapers. He has been interviewed on local Chinese-language radio regarding cannabis cultivation and immigration issues, and led multiple cannabis-related information sessions for local Chinese-language groups, including Organization of Chinese Americans (OCA), Colorado chapter.
