Mikaela Stone, Esq., specializes in intellectual property matters for King & Spalding, counseling clients from portfolio analysis to litigation. She has deep experience in federal courts, having taken both utility and design patent cases through trial. Mikaela also has extensive experience before the Patent Trial & Appeal Board, representing clients in nearly 50 proceedings involving a variety of technologies, including medical devices, wireless networks, computer software, and industrial designs. She is a regular contributor to the PTAB Bar Association's PTAB Round-Up and is an adjunct professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she teaches courses on patent and intellectual property law.
