Additionally, he has significant experience with large multi-state partnership and S-corporation entities. He also frequently consults with clients on issues such as options for lowering the business and key shareholder's effective tax rate, key employee compensation plans, buy-sell options and cash flow planning. Assisting clients with tax planning to ascertain potential tax opportunities as well as tax liabilities prior to engaging in transactions is also a service he provides.
