John M. Guevara
John Michael Guevara, Esq., is a 2015 graduate from the University of Colorado Law School. After working three years for a national firm practicing in commercial litigation, he began representing employees to protect them from wage theft and safeguard their right to work in an environment free from workplace discrimination and harassment. He took a one year hiatus from representing employees to clerk for the Honorable Christine M. Arguello at the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Upon the end of his clerkship in May 2020, John Michael joined Laura Wolf in forming Wolf Guevara LLP, where their firm specializes in civil rights and constitutional litigation and fervently represents employees.
