Paula Kohut, Esq., is a shareholder at Kohut & Adams, PA, in Wilmington, North Carolina where she focuses her practice on trust and estate planning and administration, non-profits and business law. She received her B.A. degree, from the University of California at Irvine in 1980 and her J.D. degree, with honors, from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1983. She is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of its Diversity and Inclusivity and Elder Law Committees, and a council member of the Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association. She is a member of the North Carolina Department of Administration's Commission on Inclusion.
