Gregory N. Corbin

Werge & Corbin Law Group

Greg Corbin, Esq., is the driving force behind Werge & Corbin’s Transactional, Corporate, and Non-profit practices. Greg helps individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits from formation to dissolution and everything in between. His experience as a recovered litigator allows him to provide his clients with invaluable insight on the situations they’re encountering, and expert counsel on how to pass through the maze of possibilities. Whether it is the beginning stages of a startup or finalizing an agreement that you worked hard to bring to the table, Greg is resolved to lead the way. Greg is proud to be named to Colorado Super Lawyers Rising Stars, 2021-2024 and Colorado Best Lawyers, Ones to Watch, 2024. Greg’s commitment to the nonprofit community continues into his personal life, where he volunteers on the Board of Directors for Project Worthmore, a Colorado non-profit aimed at providing diverse support to refugee families, and the Economic Restoration Institute, an organization driving economic growth through ecological principles. His dedication to service extends to the classroom, where he teaches Corporate Drafting at DU’s Sturm College of Law, helping the next generation of lawyers translate business deals into clear, enforceable contracts. Greg also serves as the Past President of the Colorado Bar Association Solo and Small Firm Section.
