Jamie Hughes Hubbard's practice extends to both criminal defense and civil litigation. Jamie honed her legal research and writing skills during multiple clerkships in both state and federal court, most recently serving as the career law clerk for Judge William J. Martinez on the District Court for Colorado. Jamie transitioned into private practice and represented clients for four years at Haddon, Morgan and Foreman, P.C. before starting Stimson Stancil LaBranche Hubbard, LLC. Since moving to private practice, Jamie has successfully litigated dispositive motions in civil cases, evidentiary and constitutional motions in criminal cases, and appeals. She also has a successful trial practice that includes both state and federal litigation, as well as civil and criminal cases.
