Michaela S. Waisman, Esq., is an attorney at Bachus & Schanker, LLC representing injured workers in the Workers' Compensation system. Michaela has been practicing exclusively in Colorado Workers' Compensation since 2019; working first as a defense attorney and transitioning to a claimant work in January 2023. Michaela graduated from Phoenix School of Law in 2012, first practicing in technology law with a focus on online defamation and novel technology issues prior to moving to Colorado. Michaela loves practicing in Colorado Workers' Compensation and credits her colleagues on both sides of the bar as a large part of what makes this practice area incredible. Michaela is a member of the Worker's Compensation Law Section of the CBA as well as the WCEA. In her spare time, Michaela loves spending time with her family and practicing yoga.
