Jennifer Schaffner, Esq., is Special Counsel at Griffiths Law PC in Lone Tree, where she handles a broad array of family law matters and appeals. Jennifer was recognized as a Colorado Super Lawyer in 2024 and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America since 2023. Jennifer has practiced family law exclusively since 2016 and became trained in Collaborative Law because of her interest in helping people resolve family law disputes outside the framework of contested proceedings. Before devoting her practice to family law, Jennifer practiced commercial litigation and mergers and acquisitions. Jennifer serves on the board of the Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Arapahoe County Bar Association. Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her law degree from Wayne State University, where she was an editor of the Wayne Law Review. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys training the next generation of legal minds by coaching a high school mock trial team.
