David Cohn has a lifetime of experience in collaborating with businesses in the process of operational success, organizational health and owner achievement. He approaches those areas from a holistic perspective to achieve balance in business prosperity, harmony, and personal well-being. David Cohn & Associates has evolved over the past 20 years to being a resource for businesses, associations, and other business advisors in achieving organizational success and integration of a client's financial, human and business goals. David acts as a catalyst to bring the business's leaders, key employees, and advisors together to reach consensus and achieve the desired results. David was graduated from Louisiana State University School of Business. He was a member and faculty member of the Legacy Wealth Coach Network. He was a founding member of the Council for Family Flourishing. He is a certified implementer of Ownership Thinking. He is certified in three assessments and proficient in several others to help accurately predict and develop individual and team capacity for performance excellence. He has been mentored by several national and international people (Nancy Kline, Jay Hughes and Jeff Rothstein) who have a passion for human and systems excellence. He has formed and facilitated several study groups for professionals who want to learn together and excel. David has attended numerous workshop for professional and organizational development. David grew up in Baton Rouge and spent 25 years in his family's business, rising through the company and taking it through an ownership succession and eventual sale. He started a new endeavor inside the business and grew it to a regional business. David has a long history of community service. He has served on numerous Boards of Directors and served many organizations in various capacities, including The Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce, The United Way, Boy Scouts of America, Rotary International, Sewall Child Development Center, Artreach, and Family Debt Counselors and founded STAR-Denver. David and Karen, his wife of over 40 years, have three sons, Brian, Drew and James, now married to Anna with their 3 children. Karen and David reside in Parker, CO.
