Pam Cummings, MSW, has been working for Boulder County Housing and Human Services for nine years. She began her work at the Department as a Child Protection Intake Caseworker and has since been a formative member of the Child Protection Screening, Early Intervention, and Family Finding units at their inception within Family and Children's Services. Currently Ms. Cummings is responsible for completing diligent searches and family finding for parents and relatives of children and youth in the Department's custody. The goal of her work is to facilitate more kinship placements and successful permanency options and to establish long-term support for families and children that will remain in place after the Department ends its intervention.
