Shane McGee is FireEye's Chief Privacy Officer. He has 17 years' experience as an attorney counseling technology companies on a wide variety of privacy and security issues. Shane was Mandiant's General Counsel from 2011 through December 2013 when Mandiant was acquired by FireEye. Just prior to joining Mandiant, Shane was a partner with a large international law firm, ending his time there as co-chair of the firm's U.S.-based Data Protection Group.
