Henry L. Smith, Jr., Esq., received a B. S degree in physics with a minor in chemistry from Emory University, and graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1977. He was a lawyer with two large corporations in Houston, and then with two large multi-city law firms. He has been registered to practice before the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office since 1984, and is a member of the Colorado and Texas Bars. He is past Chair of the CBA Small/Solo Section, past Chair of the Business Law Group of the Arapahoe County Bar Association and is current Co-Chair of the Private Companies Group of the Business Law Section of the CBA. He practices only patent law, as a solo lawyer Highlands Ranch.
