Jeanne A. Burke

Jeanne Burke, Esq., Independent Law Practitioner, specializing in veterans' benefits law, disability and elder law, appellate practice, and nonprofit organization law.  Prior to private practice, Ms. Burke worked ten years for the United States Courts and several years for the Douglas County Attorney's office. She is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Eighth Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, the Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claims, and the Nebraska state courts. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University School of Law in 1992, and her Masters of Law degree (LL.M) in Elder Law from Stetson University College of Law in 2015.  She is a member of the Omaha, Nebraska State, and American Bar Associations, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
