John R. Chase

John R. Chase is a partner in the Denver-based law firm of Montgomery, Amatuzio, Chase, Bell, Jones LLP. He received his law degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 1995. Mr. Chase focuses his practice on premises liability defense for numerous national retailers, product liability defense for a variety of manufacturers, and the defense of bad faith and coverage litigation. Mr. Chase also counsels numerous insurance carriers on coverage issues. He is licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Louisiana and is a current board member of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.
