Maria Oxman, Esq., is a partner in the Real Estate Group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. She focuses her practice on real estate law, with broad experience representing investors, developers, and large companies throughout the United States in a variety of real estate matters, including large-scale renewable energy projects, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and hospitality. Ms. Oxman’s expertise also involves assisting clients with the acquisition and management of real estate in connection with complex mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Oxman is a contributing author to Colorado Real Estate Practice and also serves as an instructor for the related CLE course. Ms. Oxman holds two law degrees and is admitted to practice law in Colorado and Guatemala. While earning her J.D. at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, she interned at the Colorado Supreme Court. Since 2021, Ms. Oxman has been named among the “Ones to Watch” in the area of Real Estate Law by Best Lawyers. In 2025, she was named among the Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Class.
