Jennifer Ashworth, P.E., iis the co-founder of White Sands Water Engineers, Inc. She has been in the field of water resource engineering since 1997, with a focus on water rights engineering. During her tenure, she has enjoyed working with clients such as municipal water providers, water and irrigation districts, ditch companies, construction companies, golf clubs, individual farmers, and various others. While working with these clients, she has conducted water rights analyses, historical consumptive use and return flow analyses, water right yield studies, exchange analyses, call analyses, and lawn irrigation return flow studies. Additionally, she has developed augmentation plans, new conditional rights (including storage, direct flow, exchange, and underground rights), accounting forms, models for planning and management of municipal water resources, and provided support for litigation including expert testimony.
